Provides enriching activities for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them stay active and involved in the community. Services include Coville Apartments (in Oak Park); Fleischman Residence (home for the aged in West Bloomfield). Care assistance, support services, activities, and 3 kosher meals daily are provided. The Peter & Dorothy Brown Memory Care Pavilion on the 3rd floor of Fleischman Residence provides a specialized environment for those with dementia disorders.

JARCs Respite program utilizes specially-trained staff to provide families with a much-needed break from caring for their loved one with developmental disabilities. Staff teach skills and work on goals as outlined in the person’s service plan, including participating in community activities.
