    Program provides interactive group activities, puzzles, and fun exercises for those aged 55+ who are interested in maintaining and strengthening brain health.   • Day Programs for Adults Living with Alzheimer’s or Different Forms of Dementia

    Services include therapeutic activities for participants in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Respite and supports are provided for caregivers in Southfield and West Bloomfield.

    A partnership of Gesher Human Services and Jewish Senior Life, The Dorothy & Peter Brown Jewish Community Adult Day Program offers support groups for individuals caring for older adults; and respite, support groups, and other services for family caregivers of people living with dementia.

  • Family Support Services and Emergency Financial Assistance

    Services include a needs assessment, development of a self-sufficiency plan, information and referrals and help with navigating public benefits. Financial assistance with basic living needs for those who meet eligibility criteria.
