    College students build their professional network and strengthen their resume through an 8-week paid summer internship. The JOIN Internship Program offers valuable work experience, educational seminars, and learning opportunities centered around the Jewish community.

    Services include Brain Healthy Lifestyle education, cognitive training classes, monthly workshops and community presentations.

  • Memory Club

    Program provides interactive group activities, puzzles, and fun exercises for those aged 55+ who are interested in maintaining and strengthening brain health. In-person sessions feature engaging brain teasers and socialization opportunities, all emphasizing the importance of keeping our minds healthy and sharp.

  • Senior Service Corps

    Provides older adults with meaningful volunteer activities in a social and supportive environment – including on-site projects, as well as small group volunteer opportunities in the community.

  • Tri-County Dental Program

    Services include dental care to people with developmental disabilities. Gesher Human Services work with community partners to provide these services.

  • Employment & Supports for Individuals with Disabilities

    Services help adults and youth with disabilities achieve long-term success and fulfillment by helping them identify their employment strengths, interests, and skills needed to find and maintain employment.

  • Caring Companions for Adults with Disabilities and Dementia

    Provides a safe and secure environment for adults with disabilities and dementia, allowing them to engage in stimulating activities while maintaining their dignity and the highest level of functioning.

  • Activities Program for Seniors with Life-long Disabilities

    Services include recreational and social opportunities.

  • Employment, Career Services and Computer Training

    Services include comprehensive career development and employment programs/supports for adults looking for employment, wanting to change jobs or return to work. Internships are available for older workers to help them get back into the work force. Hands-on computer training to help job seekers update their skills. Rehabilitation and workforce development/community support services are provided for those needing special supports to obtain and maintain employment.

  • Day Programs for Adults with Disabilities

    Provides enriching activities for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them stay active and involved in the community. Program utilizes an individualized, person-centered planning model to best meet the interests and needs of each person. Participants determine their own activities, which can occur in a wide variety of community settings, in the facility, and even as part of daily virtual programs for individuals at home who desire vibrant social engagement.

  • Housing and Financial Literacy Counseling

    Services include assistance to families and individuals who may be facing a financial crisis, need assistance with budgeting or debt management/reduction, or are interested in homebuyer education and assistance. Individual counseling and group workshops are available.
