Resources for Young People

Life can be confusing. It’s normal to feel anxious, worried or sad at times, but those feelings can become overwhelming. If you’re a young person struggling with anxiety or depression, you’re not alone.

Here in the Jewish community, there are many services and resources ready to help you. Remember, the majority of people who seek and receive help, get better.

Teens who don’t sleep enough

are more than twice as likely to report higher levels of depressive symptoms.

Getting help isn’t a sign of weakness – it’s a sign of strength – and we should ensure that people get the treatment they need.
